Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strongly conversant in English, both oral and written Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse range of cultures and business disciplines Diligently follows the standard process Highly accountable to own tasks and deliverables Self-motivated, proactive, and improvement driven Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines Must be familiar with Concur, Ariba, and SAP Good written and oral communication skills Fast and accurate data input skills Attention to details Customer focus Ability to work autonomously while keeping other team members informed as appropriate Ability to work under pressure and time constraints Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems if unable to resolve Ability to adapt to changing environment Ability to deal with competing priorities

- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate answers or services for all tickets
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a polite and helpful manner
- Ensure both verbal and written communication is efficient and effective
