REQUIREMENTS :

a. Licensed Architect (PRC)

b. At least 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial, residential, or industrial projects

c. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant architectural software

d. Strong understanding of architectural standards, materials, and construction methods

e. Ability to produce detailed plans, layouts, and 3D renderings

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design and plan building projects from concept to completion

Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints

Consult with clients to determine their requirements and preferences

Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals

Select appropriate materials and finishes for projects

Oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity

Conduct site visits and inspections

Manage project timelines and budgets

Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles
