Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies /
Administration / Management, Commerce or its equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
With strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle confidential documents and information
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Maintain office policies and procedures
SALARY RANGE : Php 18,000 – Php22,000
