Head, Engineering

Accountable for the successful execution of all site construction activities for the Company. The role oversees external contractors and delivery partners to ensure sites are built safely, on time, within approved scope, and in full compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and governmental permitting conditions.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the role provides strategic and operational leadership to the site roll-out function, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and consistent delivery outcomes aligned with business objectives and customer commitments.

Key Accountabilities

Site Roll-out & Construction Oversight

• Provide overall leadership and governance for site construction activities, including new builds, site upgrades, and modifications.
• Ensure sites are delivered in accordance with approved timelines, designs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor roll-out progress across the whole portfolio and drive timely resolution of construction and site-related issues.
