Position : Graphic Designer
Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM EST
Salary : $1,300 – $1,500 / month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
Website Content Creation
- Design engaging visual content for the website including banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the ecommerce team to ensure all visuals align with brand and digital marketing strategies.
Email Campaign Design
Create mobile-optimized, visually appealing email templates and graphics to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.Partner with the email marketing team to develop consistent and high-performing email assets.In-Store Signage & Displays
Design promotional signage, window graphics, and in-store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure seamless integration between digital and physical campaigns.Traditional Advertising
Develop print materials including magazine ads, direct mailers, and outdoor advertisements.Maintain consistency in design and messaging across all traditional media efforts.Digital Marketing Assets
Produce graphics for social media, digital ads, and other online marketing channels.Collaborate with the social media and performance marketing teams to create assets optimized for engagement and conversion.Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and strategic objectives.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.4–6 years of relevant design experience, preferably in retail or ecommerce.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
