We’re looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant (Founder Support) who can provide reliable, round-the-clock support to our CEO.
You’ll handle a mix of administrative, research, and coordination tasks to help keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

What You’ll Work On
Executive Support
Manage and prioritize scheduling, calls, and meeting coordinationHandle email follow-ups, task tracking, and time-sensitive remindersSupport day-to-day administrative needs with a focus on accuracy and reliabilityRemain available to respond to urgent requests or assist across time zonesResearch & Documentation
Conduct market and company research across multiple industriesGather and organize information into concise reports or summariesSupport data collection for internal projects, recruitment, or partnershipsKeep notes, files, and records organized for easy accessOperations & Coordination
Assist with vendor communication, document management, and online filingHelp coordinate between internal teams and external contactsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsAnticipate needs and find solutions before issues ariseWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations CoordinatorHighly responsive and available across flexible hours (24 / 7 support when needed)Excellent organization and time management skillsStrong English communication skills, written and verbalTech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack)Research-oriented mindset and ability to present clear findingsNice to Have
