Location : Metro Manila (Mall-based Outlet)

Employment Type : Full-time

Reporting To : General Manager

Job Description

The Operation Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of a cutting-edge

hologram Entertainment / Amusement outlet, delivering immersive family

experiences while driving commercial success. This role blends operational

excellence, team leadership, customer engagement, and innovation in a fast-

paced retail-entertainment environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of hologram

shows, interactive zones, and merchandise sales.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment
  • functionality.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences aligned with
  • brand values.

    Team Leadership & Development

  • Train, and manage store staff including cashier, utility staff, customer
  • service reps / operational staff, and merchandisers.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and service excellence.
  • Sales & Marketing

  • Drive foot traffic and revenue through local mall activations, school tie-
  • ups, and family packages.

  • Collaborate with marketing team on seasonal campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for
  • replenishment.

    Financial & Compliance

  • Manage store budget, daily cash handling, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with mall regulations, labor laws, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Preferred Traits & Qualifications

    Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
  • Preferred : Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related
  • fields.

    Experience

  • 2–5 years in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or mall-based operations.
  • Experience in managing teams and customer-facing environments.
  • Preferably in retail stores, hospitality business & other business with high
  • customer service engagement & interactions.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive entertainment systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Creative mindset with a flair for event planning and guest engagement.
