Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and licensed Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) to join our healthcare operations team as Team Lead (TL) and Quality Analyst (QA). The ideal candidates must have prior BPO experience handling clinical or healthcare accounts and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

For Both Roles :

Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license

Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas and on a night shift schedule

Can start ASAP

For PHRN Quality Analyst (QA) :

1 to 2 years of experience as a PHRN QA in a BPO healthcare account

Strong background in audit, compliance, and quality performance metrics

Excellent attention to detail and clinical knowledge

For PHRN Team Lead (TL) :

1 to 2 years of experience as a PHRN Team Lead in a BPO healthcare account

Proven ability to manage teams, monitor KPIs, and drive performance

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Compensation and Benefits

PHRN QA : Up to ₱50,000

PHRN TL : Up to ₱60,000
