About the job Senior Product Manager (WFH) | Midshift

Work Setup : WFH

Training Sched and Setup : Nightshift andmight be asked to report onsite

Schedule : MIDSHIFT 3PM-12MN MLA

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gain

buy-in for our solutions

Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives that demonstrate clear business

value

Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption

Partner with our engineering team to ensure our technical solutions address real business

needs

Serve as the voice of the customer within the product development process

Identify and remove barriers to adoption through effective communication and relationship

building

Develop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories

Requirements :

4+ years in product management with demonstrated success in shipping impactful products

(experience working on internal products is a bonus)

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach

Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations in business

contexts

Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions

Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications

Ability to collaborate synchronously with team members during core hours (10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00

PM US Eastern Time)

Nice to Have :

Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms

Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics

Basic technical literacy with query languages (SQL) or programming language
