Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by
developing and executing sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer
engagement initiatives. The role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving
sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business
objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Promote company products and services through effective marketing
campaigns
- Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor
activity
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely
delivery
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and trade shows as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and / or marketing
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
