Job description

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on robust API development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features and enhancements.

Implement best practices for coding, testing, and documentation to ensure high‑quality software deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and roadblocks in a timely manner

Qualifications :

At least 5–7 years of experience in Java SE / Java EE technologies
Proficient in Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, AOP) and Hibernate ORM
Strong front‑end development skills using JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and related client‑side technologies
Hands‑on experience with Web Services (SOAP / REST)
Solid understanding of Java Design Patterns and OOP principle
Familiarity with Linux environments
Experience working with Application Servers (Jetty, JBOSS, Tomcat)
Experience with Databases (Oracle, MySQL)
Knowledge of Version Control Systems (SVN, GIT, Mercurial)
Comfortable using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ

Note :

This role is 100% onsite in BGC , with an initial 6-month contract . Candidates must be open to a full onsite setup.
