Q-Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands grow through innovative online strategies. We are currently looking for a high-level Business Development Officer to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue during our night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities :

a. Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international digital markets.

b. Promote our digital marketing services including SEO, social media, paid ads, and web development.

c. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.

d. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.

e. Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide business development efforts.

f. Lead and close high-value negotiations and contracts.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and market trends.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in an office-based night shift setting.

5. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
