Job Description
Perform accurate data entry of loan and client information into internal systems
Organize loan documents for filing, scanning, and indexing of digitized files
Handle curing of Return-to-Sender (RTS) credit cards to improve delivery rate
Facilitate client call-outs related to card services delivery
Qualifications
Graduate of Business Administration or any related course (Must Have)
Comfortable making client calls (Must Have)
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (Must Have)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
Must have complete pre-employment requirements : NBI, Medical, Diploma, TOR, and COC / COE (Must Have)
