Job descriptionJob Title : HR Manager Experience : 3-5 years in HR field Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in HR or related field Skills and Competencies : Expertise in rehearsal and training, HR recruitment, talent acquisition, FMCG industry experience, recruitment sourcing, job fairs, compliance with DOLE regulations, learning and development, and performance management. Responsibilities and Duties : Oversee all HR functions, develop training programs, manage recruitment processes, ensure compliance, and facilitate job fairs. Working Conditions : Office-based environment. Qualities and Traits : Strong leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing talent.

- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
