Job descriptionActing as a key contact to build, maintain and manage the reconciliation of loss information received from Third Party Administrators (TPA) handling claims on behalf of Chubb.Predominately responsible for ensuring that the data in Chubb’s loss systems is consistent with the TPA reported loss activity.Working within a team environment with the department Analysts, Processors, Team Supervisor, and TPA Director.Responsible for meeting service standards of an internal customer focused strategy.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal business partners within a team environment.Proven organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.Detail oriented with a commitment toward quality results.Proficient in the use of technology including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software.
