You’ll work directly with the business owner to establish processes that free up their time to focus on growth, making you an essential part of the team’s success story.

Requirements
Proven experience with bookkeeping and data entry tasks Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero strongly preferred) Strong communication skills for customer-facing reception duties Ability to quickly learn new software systems (specifically Fresha scheduling platform) Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup for remote work Available for minimum 20 hours per week during Australian business hours Bonus if you have hair and beauty industry experience It helps if you’re comfortable with multi-tasking between financial and administrative responsibilities
