Position Title :  Sr. Credit Manager

Location : Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Setup : On-site

Schedule : Monday to Friday | Day Shift

Salary Range : PHP 100,000 120,000

Job Summary :

The Credit Manager will lead the companys credit risk management efforts, ensuring the soundness of credit policies and the healthy extension of credit to clients. This role involves evaluating customer creditworthiness, approving credit limits, minimizing bad debts, and supporting overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and regularly review the companys credit policy and risk management framework.
• Assess credit applications, analyze financial statements, and determine creditworthiness of customers.
• Set and monitor credit limits, payment terms, and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to balance commercial goals with risk controls.
• Monitor the accounts receivable portfolio to identify and mitigate potential default risks.
• Ensure timely collections and support collection team on difficult accounts when necessary.
• Prepare credit reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
