POSITION TITLE: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

WHR Global Consulting, a global talent solution provider, is looking for a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its client based in Taguig City.

This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire role.

Duties:

• Provide overall strategic direction and leadership across multiple business units, including retail consumer electronics, food, and leisure.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance across the group.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and innovation through effective business development and sales strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Review and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Identify and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and risk management across all business units.
• Act as the face of the company, representing the group in strategic partnerships, industry events, and client relationships.
• Provide regular updates and strategic plans to the President and Owner.
• Foster an innovative and solutions-oriented environment to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CEO, COO, or similar executive role
• Proven success managing diversified businesses in retail, consumer electronics, F&B, or leisure industries
• Strong expertise in business development, financial management, and multi-location operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with high adaptability, innovation, and results orientation
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South)
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for business needs
