Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 7-10 years progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role, and proven experience in property management accounting.
• Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in accounting software specific to property management (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, SAP), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling), and solid understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations relevant to real estate.
• Soft Skills : Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities; strong leadership and team management skills; exceptional written and verbal communication; high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
