Sales Account – VOICE ACCOUNT

Job Overview :

As a Voice Agent for the Sales Account, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, support concerns, and sales. Your goal is to deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School Graduate (minimum)
• Experience : At least 6 months of Sales experience in a BPO / call center environment
• Conversive in English Language
• With Incentives + Night Diff.
• Amenable to work Onsite (BTowne pasig City)

Salary Package : Experience Tenure

6–12 months ₱19,000

13–35 months ₱20,000

36 months and up ₱21,000
