Job Responsibilities :
✨ Lead, coach, and develop outbound sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
✨Conduct regular coaching sessions, call monitoring, and performance reviews to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.
✨Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvement plans.
✨Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective sales strategies and incentive programs.
✨Oversee day-to-day outbound operations and ensure smooth campaign execution.
✨Partner with Training and Quality teams to maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
✨Provide consistent feedback and mentoring to team leaders and agents to improve productivity and motivation.
✨Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
✨Promote a positive, goal-oriented culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Job Requirements :
✨ Open for Undergraduates
✨4–7 years of outbound sales experience in a BPO, telesales, or call center environment, including at least 2 years in a coaching or managerial role
✨With Sales Leadership and coaching experience is an advantage
✨Amenable to work onsite in Tarlac
✨Can start as soon as possible
