- When it comes to compensation for this role, we are prepared to award the chosen applicant $600 US Dollars / 35,115.30 Philippine peso based on experience per Month for up to Full Time for their services.
The Job
Duties / Responsibilities :
Perform all scheduling and routing for field techniciansRelay changes to work orders to field technicians and supporting administrators as needed Perform and complete all verification processes accurately for all platformsVerify completion and maintain the Info EmailPerform and verify close out processes are completed accurately to receive payment Drive Time and Mileage Calculations (Due Wednesday Mornings to Payroll) Maintenance scheduling and file managementBack Up Estimates Back Up InvoicingAct as liaison between tech and customers for scheduling needs and issuesCommunicate with Management & Field Techs frequently on status updates and follow ups Report Customer / Client Complaints to Supervisor or CEOProvide an EOD Report daily Performs other duties as assignedThe Profile
Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Must have previous experience working remotely.Must be fluent verbally and written in English.Must have 2 or more monitors.Must have 2 or more Internet Connection options available.The Employer
