What will you do as Group Accounts Management Assistant :

Coordinates renewal activities for assigned accounts to achieve department's persistency and premium goals.

Manages servicing activities, focusing on maintaining department's renewal persistency and premium objectives.

Oversees relationship-building initiatives, aligning with department's renewal persistency and premium targets.

Assists with renewal communications and backroom servicing when senior from the team is in the field.

Represents the team in meetings and presentations as directed by the Team Leader.

Performs additional related duties as assigned, adapting to changing work requirements.

Qualifications :

Graduate of any Bachelors Degree preferably on business, management, finance, interdisciplinary & / or a medical related course.

Preferably with 1 year experience in corporate accounts management, corporate sales & marketing & / or corporate customer servicing.

Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and other office computer programs or applications.

Sufficient oral & written business communication skills.

With strong organizational skills, assertive social skills and nifty resourcefulness.

Particular to details & capable of decent analysis.

Preferably a licensed driver.

Emotionally stable with a positive work attitude that is able to handle pressure, adjust accordingly to situations and overcome challenges.

Possesses a strong work ethic.

A productive team player.
