We are looking for experienced Line Cooks who are excited to join us on our new endeavor. Our Line Cooks must be experienced, hospitable, warm, and high-spirited, with fine-dining experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment! The Line Cook is responsible for creating an experience through dish creation and artistry that our guest will remember!
As a Line Cook you will prepares food that meets current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by following established policies and procedures and ensure that safe and high quality food service is provided at all times. Our Line Cooks will prepare all items needed for service, from chopping vegetables to making sauces and butchering meat, and may be asked to prepare items for another station or special event. Additional culinary training / coursework highly desired. Our Line Cooks must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
Isabella’s Line Cooks are at the heart of the culinary operation. You will execute dishes with discipline, consistency, and a high level of craftsmanship. Our kitchen is focused on quality ingredients, modern techniques, and beautiful presentation.
