WE’RE HIRING! | CSR – CLAIMS SSP FNOL

Work Locations :

Manila Site : 6th Floor, One E-Com Center, Harbor Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City

Alabang Site : 9th–11th Floor, Vector Zone, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Work Setup : Onsite

Schedule : Night Shift | Shifting | 2 Days Off

Salary : ₱24,675

About the Role :

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Claims SSP FNOL who will handle customer inquiries and claims-related transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. You will serve as the first point of contact for claim submissions, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries and claims confidently through calls and written correspondence.
  • Foster and maintain strong client and customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and propose effective solutions.
  • Clearly communicate brand and company policies to clients.
  • Discuss product / service features, benefits, and terms; prepare necessary reports and documentation using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
  • Apply effective problem-solving and negotiation skills in every interaction.

Qualifications :

  • At least 6 months of voice account experience (generic).
  • College graduate (any course).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.
