Team Lead – Same Day Surgery

Qualifications :

• Must be willing to work onsite (Quezon City)
• Active COC, CPC, or CCS Certification
• At least 3 years of experience in medical coding, with 1–2 years in same-day surgery coding
• 1–2 years of Team Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM / PCS and CPT coding systems, coding guidelines, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare
