Endoscopy Manager

Establishing goals and objectives for the team, then measuring performance against those goals

Developing and implementing new products or services that meet customer needs or changing existing offerings to meet changing market conditions

Conducting market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services

Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget

Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needs

Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness

Communicating information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree

Direct experience from the Endoscopy business

Understanding business trends

Dealer management experience

With at least 5 years of managerial experience
