Banking System Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong banking or financial services experience to lead requirements gathering, documentation, and testing for IT projects. You will work closely with developers to validate application feasibility, support UAT and ORT, and prepare user manuals and training materials. The role also involves data analysis using advanced MS Excel skills, stakeholder management, and participation in service transition activities. You will ensure solutions meet business needs while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
