Overview
You will support the deployment of Goodyear’s global leadership development solutions by facilitating regional programs and contributing to team interventions across early- to mid-career populations. You will also bring global offerings to life through effective facilitation, build relationships with regional stakeholders, and support COE visibility through consistent delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- You will facilitate core leadership programs designed internally
- You will deliver high-performing team (HPT) workshops for SLT-2 and SLT-3 levels
- You will adapt facilitation style for virtual, hybrid, or in-person delivery formats in the region
- You will build trusted relationships with HRBPs and local business partners
- Promote program adoption and guide participants in accessing learning tools
- You will serve as a credible and consistent point of contact for COE learning delivery
- You will gather learner and stakeholder feedback during and after sessions
- You will share insights on learner engagement, regional nuances, or improvement opportunities with the COE
- You will support program set-up, LMS tracking, and logistics
- You will deliver standard mentoring or coaching offerings where applicable
- You will participate in competency deployment initiatives or learning diagnostics when required
- You will reinforce the brand and value of COE offerings through quality delivery
- You will promote success stories and positive learner outcomes locally
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of regional-level facilitation experience in leadership or professional development programs, focused on early to mid-level audiences and growing toward executive-level deliveryExtensive experience across delivery formats—virtual, hybrid, and in-person—with both synchronous and asynchronous componentsExperience in delivering some assessments and ability to build expertise in assessments aligned to program delivery; preferred to develop skills in 360 feedback and psychometric toolsExperience in facilitating standard programs and may contribute to bespoke workshop designExperience with a variety of delivery modes (virtual, hybrid, in-person) and managing cohort-based sessionsExperience delivering content to learners ranging from entry-level professionals to mid-level managers, with potential to grow toward senior leader facilitationProven experience in learning design (program design, content development, facilitation support)Solid background in leadership development with understanding of global leadership frameworksWillingness to travel 20–30% of the timeWillingness to work across global time zones and within a multinational organizationEmbracing and valuing differences allows us to attract top talent; improve associate satisfaction and engagement; foster innovation; and meld varying experiences and perspectives to drive enhanced customer service, business creativity and decision-making.
