The Role : Logistics Process Senior Engineer What will you do?
Evaluate logistics processes and identify areas for improvement in material flow, storage, and distribution.
Design and implement optimized workflows and tools for warehouse and transport operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during process design and implementation.
Promote ergonomics and safe practices in logistics operations.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor logistics performance metrics to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
Validate process compliance to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support resolution of operational issues impacting quality and service.
Provide guidance and technical support to warehouse and logistics teams.
Share best practices and deliver training on new processes and tools.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement culture.
Lead initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
Support digitization and automation projects for logistics operations.
Apply SPS principles to drive efficiency and sustainability.
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate documentation for process changes and performance reports.
Uphold Schneider Electric Trust Charter principles in all activities.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics process engineering or continuous improvement roles.
Strong knowledge of process optimization, Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, and warehouse systems.
