Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data & CRM Pipeline Coordinator . This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms by transferring data and managing files between various CRMs and programs. The individual will also oversee and manage a pipeline of residential solar designs, supporting the company's mission to deliver clean energy solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Transfer
Transfer, organize, and validate data between several CRMs, databases, and software programs.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information across platforms.
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for data flow processes.
Pipeline Management
Track, monitor, and manage the pipeline of residential solar designs from intake to completion.
Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely progress.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Quality Control & Reporting
Audit data regularly to maintain integrity and compliance with company standards.
Generate reports on pipeline status, project progress, and workflow efficiency.
Provide insights to leadership for process improvements.
Collaboration & Support
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Provide support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
Suggest and implement improvements to workflows, integrations, and automation where possible.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Proven experience working with CRMs, databases, or related data management tools.
Minimum 1-2 years of CRM and database management experience required.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in the solar industry (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with solar design software a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Must be available to work night shifts.

Requirements
Duties / Responsibilities : Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
