Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of solar and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordination, and communication between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in coordinating project timelines, resources, and documentation across various project phases.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and utility companies.
• Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met according to plan.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including permits, utility interconnection applications, and inspection reports.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain project tracking tools and reports using software like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ensure that all administrative and logistical aspects of the project lifecycle are efficiently managed.
