Job descriptionThe Sales Manager is responsible for both sales / pre-sales, and shall This role is based in either Cebu / Davao but involves regular travel to our Manila office for key meetings, training sessions and other business- related matters. They must provide customers with technical advice on the use of Leviat brand products and to exploit market opportunities leading to increasing They shall develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders construction accessories product segments They will have to regularly update market intelligence reports on relevant Conduct presentations in coordination with Technical Department. Research on local construction methods and country specific construction methods. Preparing and working on proposals for quotations, bids or tenders. Organize seminars for customers / design institutes / external product training. Participate in related exhibitions / trade fairs / seminars and related events. Developing & maintaining proper archive of sales, marketing and technical related documents. To perform other duties as necessary to execute core duties or other duties assigned by Country General Manager. Preferred Behavioral Traits High level of integrity, ethics, compliance to CRH policies and related laws and imperative to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and interlectual property of products and services. Great attitude who embraces every situation with enthusiasm and Customer centric approach. Committed and have display sense of urgency to responding to customers Good interpersonal skills and team oriented.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent Prior Experience & specific skills in terms
