Job purpose :

The Sales Support Coordinator is a vital member of the Goway Travel team responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to our destination specialists. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. By efficiently managing bookings ensuring data accuracy and contributing to process improvements the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on the requests of destination specialists verifying details such as flight itineraries accommodations and activities.
• Input booking details into the companys booking system maintaining data integrity and consistency.
• Accurately process and manage bookings ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized.
• Handle various administrative tasks such as filing document management and report generation.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the sales support processes.
• Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives.
