Customer Service
Provide and build excellent customer relationships to its internal and external customers.
Ensure proper coordination and communication to company’s employees in headquarter and satellite offices, suppliers, and contractors.
Home Management
Develop and implement an office management program including housekeeping maintenance and facilities preservation.
Allocate and manage facility space to its maximum efficiency.
Engineering
Develop and implement an office management program including preventive maintenance and asset protection.
Collaborate with PMO in the creation and implementation of 52-week calendar program. Conduct and document regular assets and facilities inspections.
Knowledgeable in FDAS & CCTV
Supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Recommend and oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' managerial position handling general administration and maintenance.
Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
Working knowledge of financial principles and practices
Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
Manager experience and leads people by example
Solid computer and systems knowledge
Superior leadership skills
Ability to travel to multiple locations
