Platform Solutions Lead (Hybrid)

Job descriptionExperience in Data Management / Processing is preferred Experience in Financial Reporting is preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent English oral and written communication skills Review, process, and analyze alternative investment trades (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers). Aggregate and normalize hedge fund and private equity investor data. Prepare and ensure accuracy of daily, monthly, and quarterly client reporting files. Maintain data integrity and resolve reporting system issues; escalate when needed. Liaise with custodians, administrators, and vendors to resolve data and process issues. Collaborate with technology teams to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures. Ensure timely and accurate report delivery across all business lines. Define and drive scalable solutions across alternative investments and capital markets. Establish and monitor KPIs; audit processes and implement improvements. Supervise and support team operations, providing guidance, coaching, and training. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and development of team members. Provide reports and updates to clients as required. Address : MOA, Pasay Setup : Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO) Schedule : Night Shift Type : Full time
QUALIFICATIONS :
- College degree in economics, finance or a related discipline preferred
- 5+ years of financial data management service industry experience
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Has alternative experience in Hedge Fund and / or Private Equity
- Has Alternative experience in handling alternative investments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros
