About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promodiser to represent our auto supply products in retail outlets and partner stores. This role is key to driving product visibility, assisting customers with their purchases, and supporting sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is approachable, sales-driven, and passionate about automotive accessories and maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Will be assigned to a specific store branch for either a stationary or roving arrangement
- Main responsibility will be on-site selling of all company products, including maintaining a good and proper merchandising display that is visible and attractive to the customer
- Responsible for in-store inventory management. This includes timely replenishment of stocks, recommendation for pull-outs of non-moving SKUs, and monitoring of said replenishments and pull-outs.
- Completes required reports thoroughly and submits on-time in the format that is stipulated by the Senior Sales Supervisor / Sales Coordinator.
- Responsible for building a good relationship with team members and managers in the branch in order to gain support and camaraderie.
- Maintains an in-depth and updated knowledge of all products under his / her selling portfolio.
- Initial branches required (in order of priority) :
- SM Mall of Asia – Pasay – 1 stationary
- SM Megamall – Ortigas – 1 stationary
- SM North Edsa – Quezon City – 1 stationary
- Festival Mall – Alabang – 1 stationary
- Marquee Mall + Harbor Point – Pampanga – 1 for roving between the 2 branches
- Glorietta + Market Market – Makati + Taguig – 1 for roving between the 2 branches
Qualifications
