End to end Account Management - Contracts, SOW, SLA & KPI

Superior Operational Excellence service delivery - Engineering, O&M, HSE & Soft Services

Superior Financial Excellence service delivery

At least 6 years Managerial level work experience & people manager in Property or Facilities and Manufacturing Industry

At least 16 years directwork experience & a people manager in Mixed-used Manufacturing Facilities and Commercial Facilities

License or Non-License Property / Facility Management professional

Residing near TANAUAN Batangas or at least 1 hour travel from & to the FPIP Client site

High financial comprehension in Facility OPEX / CAPEX program, Billing & Collection

Excellent communications Skills (written & verbal)

Excellent People Management & Vendor Performance management

Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance and Quality control process - Asset Maintenance

Knowledgeable in Environment compliance and Occupational Health & Safetyprogram

Knowledgeable in Local Regulatory Compliance, Permits & Licenses (MEPF & EHS)
