Sales Engineer

Develop and identify potential sales opportunities for IPC products and successfully convert them into actual sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring that client requirements and expectations are fully understood and well-served.

Conduct effective presentations and negotiations to close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and environmental management systems such as ISO 14001.

Qualifications : 1. Male or Female

2. College graduate, preferably with a degree in Engineering or related field

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills in sales

4. Computer literate (MS Office and related tools)

5. With relevant experience in sales within a manufacturing or carton / packaging industry setup

6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and results-driven

7. With Driver's License, can drive 4wheeled vehicle

8. Trustworthy and with high level of integrity

9. Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 standards
