About the role

We are seeking proactive and highly motivated Appointment Setters to join a fast-growing lead generation agency. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll play a key role in engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to think critically in fast-moving conversations.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to warm and cold leads.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and level of interest.
• Schedule appointments with prospective clients and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately with all interactions and lead information.
• Follow up with leads promptly and persistently to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls, booked appointments, and conversion ratios.

Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and appointment-setting results.
