Operations Executive

Different divisions within the CLI Group include contract logistics, Pharma & healthcare, freight forwarding, military and project logistics, among many others.

Key Responsibilities

Following up with Operation department and Clients for reception of complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes and ensure its compliance with Dubai OR Saudi Arabia's Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements.

Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the airport or port.

Provide presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries.

Carry out reception activities and consult customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue.

Following up with the Freight Forwarders, couriers and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for inbound and outbound shipments.

Examining invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements :

Degree in Business Management or equivalent

Required experience in customer relations, shipping, transport and logistics or any similar field.

Familiarity to work with computer, Outlook, Microsoft Office and Windows.

Ability to communicate in English language.
