Accounting Head - Makati

SALARY : ₱70,000 - ₱75,000 | Depends on experience / s

WORK LOCATION : Makati City

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant is advantageous
• 5-10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles
• 3 years in a Leadership or Management position
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance with relevant laws
• Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively
• High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters
