Educational Attainment
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related four-year course (strongly preferred).
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation systems or GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to streamline processes for efficiency.
Able to work well under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Professional, service-oriented, and capable of handling escalated client concerns effectively.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Willing to work on-site in Salcedo, Makati.
