Job description

Educational Attainment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related four-year course (strongly preferred).

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in ticketing, reservations, or travel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation systems or GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and ability to streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, service-oriented, and capable of handling escalated client concerns effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Salcedo, Makati.
