What You'll Do :

🎯 Manage all accounting operations including billing, A / R, A / P, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

📊 Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for senior management.

🤝 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.

🔍 Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

🛠️ Develop budgets and forecasts to guide business decisions.

📈 Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.

✅ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

✅ Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
