Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations, customer service, or within a call center environment
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience with GDS systems
Sales experience
Previous employment in the BPO industry
Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Manage and supervise the reservations team, conduct daily briefings, and facilitate training sessions
Operations Management : Oversee daily reservation activities, including responding to inbound calls for inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations
Customer Service : Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to guests inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high standard of service
Performance Monitoring : Track team productivity, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain overall quality to meet performance goals
