Qualifications :

Work involves leading and inspiring the sales team in promoting and selling our products to property developers, contractors, end-users, dealers, etc... Graduate of bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture or Interior Design. Responsible for identifying and executing strategies for business opportunities through our sales force and various marketing channels.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with marketing and product teams

Identify new market opportunities and trends

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Conduct training and mentoring for sales staff

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

Salary & Benefits :

Depending on length and quality of experience, salary starts at P60,000.00.

With hospitalization and retirement plan.
