REQUIREMENTS
️Proficient in Mandarin and English
️Bachelor / University Degree Finance, Accounting or any related course.
️1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting Department or external Auditing Firms. Strong ️Background on general accounting principles. Financial reporting background is a plus.
️Must have: Strong background on general accounting principles
️Working knowledge on SAP, IFRS, Tax and SOX compliance
JOB DESCRIPTION
️Analyze and prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations based on principles agreed with the market and stipulated in SLAs.
️Work closely with the market for the annual statutory audit and financial statement preparations process Documentation:
️Support the team manager and expert on regular review and update of process documentation (user manuals and process flow).
️Support the team manager and expert on user acceptance testings, as applicable 'Continuous Improvement:
️1. Achieve targets on operational metrics and KPIs;
️2. Extend knowledge of SAP, accounting/ tax, and business processes to maintain a high level of professionalism;
️3. Support process improvements, and analyze their impact on groups activities in close collaboration with colleagues.
️Escalate all controls failures and ensure mitigation actions are in place for each failure
