Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Check and notate any negative reviews that have been removed
  • Execute tasks with thoroughness, and savvy knowledge on technology
  • Check reviews for our entire client database
  • Analyze and use different directory sites to improve the services
  • Data entry, update, add or remove labels on information stored in CRM
  • Report to the Client Services Manager if there are any problems or issues
  • Completing any overflow tasks that might be necessary for clients
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned

Qualification :

  • 1-2 years experience in the related field

    • General Requirements

  • Good command of the English language
  • Must be 18 years of age and above
  • Committed to Work on Graveyard Shift

    • Device Specification

  • Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • Windows or Mac is acceptable
  • At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
  • A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam, built in camera for laptop is okay

    • Network Requirements

  • 10 Mbps DSL / Fiber Internet connection
