Senior Operations Manager
Skilled in Google Advertisement / Google Ads + Digital Marketing
Operation + Stakeholder Management and will oversee 150-200 headcounts
As the Senior Manager for this team, you will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing experts focused on delivering a comprehensive suite of advertising solutions across YouTube, Google and other platforms.
Tasks
- Lead a global team of digital marketing associates, team lead and managers delivering campaign implementation related services
- Provide leadership at a site and program level, represent the workflow in various forums and demonstrate strong thought leadership
- Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders, support them through various strategic initiatives and provide trusted, actionable insights
- Provide regular coaching and mentoring to managers and team leaders, hold frequent skip sessions with teams to guide and motivate them to elevate their performance
- Ideate and lead cross-functional and cross-site projects that positively impact productivity, quality, CX and other parameters, Identify and drive common scalable efficiencies across programs
- Handle multiple complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep dive, create RCA’s and develop remediation strategies for DSAT’s, escalations and / or makegoods, act as POC during exigencies
- Manage great customer experience throughout the customer journey and continue to look for opportunities and build capabilities to better serve our customers
- Ensure seamless assimilation for any new product / processes changes and ensure proactive SLA management
- Maintain rigorous performance standards while espousing GOC values and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent understanding of Google Ads ecosystem including campaign trafficking, optimization or troubleshooting of Search, Display and Video campaignsDeep knowledge of various online advertising campaigns and pricing models (like Pay per click, Cost Per (Thousand) Impressions, Cost Per View and / or Cost Per Acquisition)Minimum 12-15 years of IT / BPO / ITES and >7 years of digital advertising industry experience
Supervisory experience of managing large teams is mandatory, exposure as manager of managers is preferredStrong experience in client relationship and team managementExcellent proficiency in English communication - both written and oral and exceptional interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly identify and provide recommendations on issuesAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key partnersExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslySend CVs for screening!
