Responsibilities

• Conduct UAT for assigned projects / enhancements
• Consistently demonstrates Agile processes and principles for effective delivery
• Participate in solution design activities (e.g. requirements gathering, system analysis and design)
• Work with the Process Owners and Business Project Managers on defining the detailed scope
• Work simultaneously with Process Owners, Development and Project Managers
• Translate business requirements into requirement specifications to enable the development of technically sustainable solutions
• Work with Development teams to implement custom solutions
• Test programs
